“My sincere belief is that mental health is an integral part of a person’s well-being and that it should be readily available to everyone, in every condition. At the heart of Gold Standard Therapy is the therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard for the client. I do not believe that there is any individual, couple, or family mental health challenge (chronic or acute) that cannot be overcome with collaboration and good-faith effort.”
